"Lana"

I have uploaded a new sketch of a woman named "Lana". She is fictional, but I attempted to express a sensual emotion which draws upon a restriction about to break down - in this case, walls are breaking down, and expression of the self emerges. The drawing is in the Sketches section.

I'll be doing more of these drawings in different ways.

Three new sketches

I have uploaded three new sketches to the Sketches section - two coloured using Prismacolour markers, and one with black and white shading. The black and white sketch of the plant was drawn at the Dark Horse Espresso Bar in downtown Toronto.

As well, you may have noticed that I have, yet again, changed the theme of my blog. This is just to keep the theme fresh and new.

New drawing for August

I have completed another digital drawing entitled "Abyssal (Into the Darkness, Out of the Depths)", which you can find in the Completed Drawings section. More to come...

New sketch titled "Animus"

I have a new sketch entitled "Animus" in the Sketches section.

As for the progress of the other three sketches, one of them is actually a one-page version of a graphic novel story, which I haven't gotten too far with. The other two are incomplete drawings which I have yet to complete.

New drawing for July: "Dawn Arises"

I have completed another artwork for July entitled "Dawn Arises", which you can find in the Completed Drawings section.

I have three new sketches in the works; I will post those up as well once they are completed.

New drawing: "Friend"

I have finally completed another artwork entitled "Friend", which you can find in the Completed Drawings section. I have two more pieces in the works, which I hopefully will complete soon.

I have uploaded three new sketches from the past month which I want to share with you. I'm currently working on at least two drawings, which I will hopefully have uploaded soon.

New drawing for March

Look over at the Completed Drawings section for a new drawing which is entitled "Desolation & Hope". I've been experimenting vector-based art through Adobe Illustrator, which is pretty exciting. I hope to have something completed using that program at some point. I'll keep you updated :).

Update

I have just completed another drawing, entitled "Dream Again", which is now available in the Completed Drawings section. My main inspiration for the drawing was from listening to music (it can unleash so much creativity) :).

First drawing of the year

I have created a mini drawing of a fantasy character on card-sized paper. Her name is Iara, who is a devious wizard specializing in the school of necromancy and dark magic. I have posted her up in the Completed Drawings section. I'll be planning to draw more of these mini characters once I get the chance, so you'll be seeing more of these ^_^

I may be revamping the entire blog at some point once I get more artworks going, which means updating the content currently posted here i.e. removing a few older ones and replace them with more recent works that best displays my skills.

Happy New Year - Welcome to 2015

Happy New Year everyone! We have started yet another new year with many things to come and to anticipate. To me, I believe this year will be an important one, one that could change the rest of my life. But, until then, I will continue to create more works of art to show you guys, and I actually have started on one right now, so stay tuned for that.
